How do I merge PDF files?

Does it keep the original quality?

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
If a PDF is encrypted but not password-locked for reading, the tool can usually still merge it. Fully password-protected (read-locked) PDFs need to be unlocked first in the app that created them.
