Plain-language terms for using TimeStamp Camera (this site and the companion iOS app).
What you're agreeing to
By using timestampcamera.netor the Timestamp Camera iOS app you agree to these terms. The service is operated by LetUsBake, LLC. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
Service "as is"
The web tools and iOS app are provided as-is, without warranty. We do our best to keep them accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee they are free of bugs, available without interruption, or fit for any particular use.
This is especially important for legal, insurance, and evidentiary use. The tools are designed to make tamper-evident records easier to produce, but no software can substitute for legal advice or chain-of-custody discipline. If you rely on photos for litigation or formal claims, talk to a qualified professional about jurisdictional requirements.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you do with the tools, including the accuracy of any GPS coordinates, addresses, dates, and notes you enter manually. We do not verify your inputs.
Don't use the tools to deceive, defraud, or impersonate. The tools clearly let you type any latitude, longitude, or time. That flexibility is by design (designers add watermarks, photographers correct EXIF errors), but it is not an invitation to fabricate records.
Intellectual property
The TimeStamp Camera name, the "TS" mark, and the site's design are owned by LetUsBake, LLC. The tools are free to use; please don't scrape, mirror, or rebrand the site.
The blog content (Photo guides) is provided for educational purposes. You may quote or excerpt with attribution back to timestampcamera.net.
Pricing
The web tools are free, with no account required. The iOS app is free with optional in-app purchases for Pro features. Pricing is as listed on the App Store. Apple's refund policy applies to app purchases.
Privacy

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LetUsBake, LLC and its officers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be flagged on Photo guides. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where LetUsBake, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
