Instagram 會移除 EXIF 中繼資料嗎？
會。Instagram 會重新編碼每一張上傳的照片，所以其他人能下載到的檔案沒有 EXIF、也沒有 GPS。重要提醒：Meta 在從公開檔案中移除中繼資料之前，仍會在自己的伺服器上讀取並儲存原始中繼資料，並供內部使用。因此其他使用者看不到你的位置，但 Instagram 看得到。
哪些平台會移除 EXIF，哪些會保留？
大多數社群動態都會移除：Instagram、Facebook、X (Twitter)、TikTok、Snapchat、LinkedIn、Reddit 和 Signal 都會從可下載的檔案中移除 EXIF。WhatsApp 和 Telegram 取決於你的傳送方式（Photo 會移除，Document 或 File 會保留）。Discord 是部分移除（移除 JPEG，可能保留 PNG）。iMessage、Google Photos 和 Flickr 會保留你的中繼資料，包括 GPS。完整表格請見本頁。

我的照片會上傳到任何地方嗎？
不會。中繼資料完全在你的裝置上讀取。檔案絕不會傳送到伺服器、絕不會被記錄、也絕不會被儲存。關閉分頁，它就消失了。
如果平台會移除 EXIF，我為什麼還要在意？
三個理由。第一，即使平台從公開檔案中移除，它仍會讀取你的位置。第二，會保留的那些（iMessage、Google Photos、Flickr）以及 Document 或 File 傳送模式確實會洩露你的 GPS。第三，如果你透過電子郵件或雲端連結分享原始檔案，它會帶上所有資料。在分享前自行移除中繼資料，是唯一能確保安全的方法。
我該如何在發布前移除中繼資料？
